Advancing community capacity building by developing the capacity and skills of members of the Sikh and South Asian community in such a way that they are better able to identify, and help meet, their needs and to participate more fully in society;E. Advancing citizenship and community development through the promotion of volunteering and the voluntary sector;F. The promotion of the moral or spiritual welfare or improvement of the community;
