TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION AND SAFEGUARDING OF THE MENTAL HEALTH AND GENERAL RELIEF OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM SUCH MENTAL DISORDERS INCLUDING THOSE WITH ANY ASSOCIATED PHYSICAL OR OTHER DISABILITY; OR3. TO PROVIDE DAY CARE AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE OR OF RECREATION OR OF LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS; OR4.
