TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AGED BETWEEN 15 AND 18 ENROLLED IN STATE SCHOOLS BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISING EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF: (A) ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO GAIN ENTRY TO TOP LEVEL UK UNIVERSITIES; (B) ADVANCING EDUCATION. * FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE, “STATE SCHOOLS” ARE DEFINED AS STATE FUNDED NON FEE PAYING SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS ATTENDED BY CHILDREN AGED BETWEEN 11 AND 18 YEARS.
