The provision of facilities, services, and activities for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities, services or activities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances, or for the public at large in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the conditions of life of the said inhabitants.The promotion of sustainable development for the benefit of disadvantaged communities by reducing living costs in order to relieve poverty. To advance the education of the public in subjects relating to sustainable development and improvement; and to promote study and research in such subjects, provided that the useful results of such study are disseminated to benefit the public at large. The protection, enhancement and rehabilitation of the local environment.The promotion of such other charitable purposes as may from time to time be determined.Sustainable development means ?development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs?.
