FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE, “SOCIAL EXCLUSION" MEANS BEING EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PART OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF BEING A MEMBER OF A SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DEPRIVED COMMUNITY OR BEING EXCLUDED BY REASON OF AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE.TO PROMOTE GOOD HEALTH AND WELLBEING FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF COMMUNITY SPORTS ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS OF ALL AGES, PARTICULARLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE PORTSMOUTH AREA (“SPIRIT IN SPORT”).
