THE OBJECTS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT FOR WHICH THE FOUNDATION IS ESTABLISHED ARE THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE WHO ARE BLIND OR VISUALLY IMPAIRED, THE RELIEF OF THE FAMILIES AND CARERS OF BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED, THE ADVANCEMENT OF SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE OF THE CAUSES AND TREATMENT OF BLINDNESS, AND TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS ARE NOW OR MAY HEREAFTER BE DEEMED BY ENGLISH LAW TO BE CHARITABLE.
