THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") IN BRINDLE IN THE COUNTY OF LANCASHIRE (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "THE AREA OF BENEFIT"):-(A) TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY FACILITIES FOR THE DAILY CARE, RECREATION AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN DURING OUT OF SCHOOL HOURS INCLUDING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS.(B) TO PROVIDE A HIGH QUALITY OF CARE AND FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT TO THOSE CHILDREN UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE.(C) TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE BY ENCOURAGING PARENTS TO UNDERSTAND AND PROVIDE FOR THE EDUCATIONAL, DEVELOPMENTAL AND OTHER NEEDS OF THEIR CHILDREN
