(IN THE EVENT OF THE CLOSURE OF CYPICS, THE WORK OF PASIC SHALL BE TRANSFERRED TO ANY OTHER SERVICE WHICH, IN THE OPINION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES, SHALL HAVE SUCCEEDED TO THE FUNCTIONS OF THE SERVICE SO CLOSED.)2.
