TO RAISE THE ARTISTIC AND CREATIVE CAPABILITIES OF THE PUBLIC BY PROVIDING ACCESSIBILITY TO DOCUMENTATION AND AUDIO-VISUAL RECORDS OF THE CONTRIBUTION THAT MUSIC AND RELATED ARTISTIC AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES HAVE MADE AND ARE MAKING TO THE LIFE AND WELL BEING OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC. 3.
