D) IMPROVING THE EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EMPLOYMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES. E) PROVIDING FOR THE NEEDS OF REFUGEES, ASYLUM SEEKERS AND HUMAN RIGHTS AT EVERY AVAILABLE OPPORTUNITY.
