(FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE 'SOCIALLY EXCLUDED' MEANS BEING EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING FACTORS: UNEMPLOYMENT; YOUTH OR OLD AGE; ILL HEALTH (PHYSICAL OR MENTAL); DISABILITY; POOR EDUCATIONAL OR SKILLS ATTAINMENT.)(C) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF ANIMALS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL OR OTHER SUPPORT FOR ANIMAL WELFARE ORGANISATIONS TO ENABLE THEM TO FURTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES; AND(D) SUCH GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
