THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: 3.1 TO FURTHER OR BENEFIT THE RESIDENTS OF GORTON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA OF EAST MANCHESTER, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF GENDER, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND/OR HEALTH WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID RESIDENTS AND COMMUNICATING CHRISTIAN HOPE, FAITH AND UNCONDITIONAL LOVE; 3.2 TO ESTABLISH AND OPERATE CENTRES FOR ACTIVITIES PROMOTED BY THE CHARITY IN FURTHERANCE OF THE OBJECT IN ARTICLE 3.1; AND 3.3 TO SUPPORT OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN ANY LOCATION WHO PROVIDE OR WHO ARE CONSIDERING WHETHER TO PROVIDE, FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND/OR HEALTH WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE RESIDENTS IN THE AREA THEY OPERATE IN AND COMMUNICATING CHRISTIAN HOPE, FAITH AND UNCONDITIONAL LOVE; PROVIDED THAT NOTHING IN THESE ARTICLES SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND/OR SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
