TO PROVIDE A RESOURCE AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, IN PARTICULAR UNDERPRIVILEGED CHILDREN AND THOSE WITH A PARTICULAR INTEREST OR TALENT IN A GIVEN AREA, PROVIDING SUPPORT, AND ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORTING AND DEVELOPING ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF: A) ADVANCING SUCH YOUNG PEOPLE IN LIFE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS,CAPACITIES, AND CAPABILITIES, TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS; B) ADVANCING EDUCATION; C) IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEED BY REASON OF INFIRMITY, DISABILITY, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS. 2. TO RELIEVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, SICKNESS AND POOR HEALTH AMONGST ELDERLY PEOPLE. 3. SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS ARE CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DECIDE.
