TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN KENNELS FOR THE RECEPTION AND CARE OF THESE UNWANTED DOGS AND TO FINANCE THEIR NECESSARY UPKEEP AND VETERINARY COSTS PRIOR TO THEM BEING RE-HOMED IF AND WHEN POSSIBLE.
