TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE THE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BY MAINTAINING THE WATERSIDE LANDSCAPE AT PARNDON MILL FOR THE USE AND ENJOYMENT OF THE WIDER PUBLIC.
