IN PARTICULAR:- THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN THE PLAYING FIELDS IN LYTHAM KNOWN AS QEII PARK VIEW PLAYING FIELDS;- THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE WITHIN THE QEII PARK VIEW PLAYING FIELDS, AND TO MAINTAIN OR MANAGE OR CO-OPERATE WITH ANY STATUTORY AUTHORITY IN THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF THIS CENTRE FOR ACTIVITIES PROMOTED BY THE CHARITY IN FURTHERANCE OF ITS OBJECTS;- TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL AND PROMOTE LEARNING FOR PLEASURE IN ORDER TO DEVELOP THEIR INDIVIDUAL CAPABILITIES, COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND UNDERSTANDING IN SUBJECTS OF EDUCATIONAL VALUE.
