FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 11 AND 25 YEARS IN THE LONDON BOROUGH AND SURROUNDING AREA IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
