3.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE TO ADVANCE CONFLICT RESOLUTION AND RECONCILIATION IN COMMUNITIES THAT ARE ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY TRIBALISM WITH A VIEW TO RELIEVING SUFFERING, POVERTY AND DISTRESS AND BUILDING AND MAINTAINING SOCIAL COHESION AND TRUST WITHIN AND BETWEEN COMMUNITIES BY:3.1.1 ADVANCING EDUCATION ABOUT TRIBALISM AND ITS IMPACT,3.1.2 PROMOTING DIALOGUE, MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING, TOLERANCE AND PEACE WITHIN COMMUNITIES, 3.1.3 EMPOWERING PEOPLE TO CHALLENGE INHERITED PREJUDICES THAT CAN CAUSE CONFLICT AND SOCIAL INSTABILITY,3.1.4 SEEKING TO ELIMINATE DISCRIMINATION AND EXTREMIST PRACTICES THAT CAN ARISE AS A CONSEQUENCE OF TRIBALISM AND VIOLENT EXTREMISM,3.1.5 CONDUCTING RESEARCH ON WAYS TO COUNTER TRIBALISM AND PUBLISHING THE RESULTS, 3.1.6 EMPOWERING YOUNG PEOPLE TO BE ACTIVE MEMBERS OF THEIR COMMUNITIES THROUGH LEADERSHIP TRAINING AND OTHER OPPORTUNITIES, 3.1.7 SUCH OTHER MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE.
