THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING:A. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF FERNDALE COMMUNITY SCHOOL BY RAISING FUNDS FOR ITEMS AND ACTIVITIES OVER AND ABOVE THESE WHICH THE LEA PROVIDE FOR;B. THE PROMOTION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC OF URBAN OR RURAL REGENERATION IN AREAS OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEPRIVATION (AND IN PARTICULAR IN THE UPPER RHONDDA FACH BY ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING MEANS:I. THE PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE, ADVICE OR CONSULTANCY IN ORDER TO PROVIDE TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES; III.
