TO RELIEVE THE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL SICKNESS OF FAMILIES OF VICTIMS OF MURDER OR MANSLAUGHTER WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM BEREAVEMENT OR LOSS BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND COUNSELLING SERVICES.
