FOR COLLECTING WORKS BY THOMAS GAINSBOROUGH RA AND ARTEFACTS RELATED TO HIM AND WORKS BY HIS CONTEMPORARIES, EAST ANGLIAN ARTISTS AND OTHERWISE (THE “COLLECTION”);4.
