For the purpose of this clause ‘socially excluded’ means being excluded from society, or part of society, as a result of being a woman from a socially and economically deprived community.” 3) The relief of sickness and the preservation of physical, emotional and mental health among people residing permanently or temporarily in Bradford and surrounding areas.
