RAISING AWARENESS OF THE PALLIATIVE CARE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES2. SHARING AND PROMOTING BEST PRACTICE3. ENHANCING COLLABORATION BETWEEN ALL PROFESSIONALS, CARERS AND PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES4. DOING OTHER LAWFUL THINGS AS NECESSARY FOR THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THESE OBJECTS.
