The objects of the CIO are:1.To provide relief for asylum seekers and refugees and their dependants who are in conditions of hardship or distress;2.To preserve and protect the physical and mental health of such people;3.To provide facilities for asylum seekers and refugees for education, employment, volunteering, recreation or other leisure time occupations with the object of improving their conditions of life and assisting their inclusion into the wider community.4.To support the needs of asylum seekers and refugees with appropriate information, advice and guidance.
