4.1 The relief of sickness and the preservation of health among children residing permanently or temporarily in Ukraine including (without limitation) by the following means:(i) The treatment and care of children suffering from mental or physical illness of any description or in need of rehabilitation as a result of such illness, including (without limitation) by the provision of facilities for work and recreation;(ii) The relief of financial hardship among such children and their families, including (without limitation) by making grants of money for providing or paying for items services or facilities;(iii) The education of the general public and the medical profession on the subject of pediatrics, including (without limitation) by supporting educational courses for medical professionals, carrying out relevant research in the area of pediatrics and making the results of such research available to the general public; and(iv) The provision of financial support for hospitals in Ukraine, including (without limitation) by the provision of medical products and equipment and making grants of money.4.2 Such other purposes for the benefit of the public as shall be exclusively charitable as the Trustees from time to time may determine.
