COORDINATING A VOLUNTARY FND PATIENTS REGISTER TO ASSIST DOCTORS IN THE ADVANCEMENT OF NEW AND ONGOING RESEARCH, PREVENTION, TREATMENT AND RECOVERY OF FND IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE GENETIC ALLIANCE3.
