THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:(A) THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE IN PERPETUITY OF THE KENLEY MEMORIAL HALL, UPON SUCH TERMS AND SUBJECT TO SUCH CONDITIONS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES SHALL APPROVE AS AND FOR THE PURPOSES OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF KENLEY WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR HIRE OR OTHERWISE FOR: (I) MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND (II) OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE AND PROMOTING THE WELFARE OF AFORESAID INHABITANTS; AND(B) TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF KENLEY WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, AGE, DISABILITY, NATIONALITY, RACE OR POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OR FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
