3.1.1 TO PROMOTE AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF HALESWORTH AND THE SURROUNDING AREA FACILITIES FOR SPORT, RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE ACTIVITIES FOR THOSE INDIVIDUALS OR ORGANISATIONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OR FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, HEALTH, WELLBEING WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS; AND/OR3.1.2 TO CARRY OUT ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES WHICH THE TRUSTEES OF THE CIO MAY FROM TIME TO TIME CONSIDER TO BE COMPLEMENTARY TO THE FOREGOING OBJECT.
