For the public benefit, the advancement of health – in particular men’s mental health - across the UK, specifically but not exclusively by: (a) the provision of accessible and preventative solutions to male mental ill-health;(b) the promotion of the prevention of male mental ill-health and the need for this to be a first-line approach; (c) the advancement of the education of the general public about all aspects of men’s mental health and the need to improve and maintain it;(d) the promotion of equality and diversity by raising awareness around socially conditioned beliefs about gender.Nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the CIO for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and section 2 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
