TO RELIEVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP BY THE PROVISION OF FOOD AID3. TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE THE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROMOTING OF RECYCLING AND THE ELIMINATION OF FOOD WASTE4.
