ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS (NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY).B.
