TO ADVANCE ALL ASPECTS OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS ATTENDING BALSHAW'S CHURCH OF ENGLAND HIGH SCHOOL IN LEYLAND, LANCASHIRE (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS 'THE AREA OF BENEFIT') IN PARTICULAR BY:-1. DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN STAFF, PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL2. ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS (NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY).B. TO RELIEVE POVERTY, SICKNESS AND THE DISTRESS ARISING THEREFROM BY WHATEVER CHARITABLE MEANS THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE THINKS FIT.
