TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER PURPOSES WHICH MAY BE CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AND WHICH ARE ALSO COMPATIBLE WITH THE CLT LEGAL FRAMEWORK IN THE USE OF LAND OR PROPERTY.
