THE OBJECTS (“OBJECTS”) OF THE CIO ARE TO APPLY THE CAPITAL AND INCOME FROM THE CIO FOR THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS BY THE PROVISION OF:-(A) HOME NURSING CARE FOR PERSONS SUFFERING FROM TERMINAL ILLNESS AS DEFINED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE (OR THE GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT WHICH IS THE SUCCESSOR TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH);(B) HOME NURSING CARE WHERE HOSPITAL ADMISSION WOULD NORMALLY BE REQUIRED BUT IS UNAVAILABLE OR REFUSED BY THE PATIENT; AND(C) CASUAL HOME NURSING SERVICES WHERE THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DEEM IT NECESSARY.
