(1) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE PRESERVATION OF HISTORICAL HERITAGE BY THE PRESERVATION, IMPROVEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE FORMER COMMODORE HOTEL IN PEMBROKE DOCK, A LANDMARK BUILDING OF HISTORICAL, CULTURAL AND SOCIAL SIGNIFICANCE.(2) TO FURTHER OR BENEFIT THE RESIDENTS OF PEMBROKE DOCK AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, WITHOUT DISTINCTIONOF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHERTHE SAID RESIDENTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMONEFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FORRECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THERESIDENTS.IN FURTHERANCE OF THE OBJECT ABOVE, THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE POWER:TO ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A HERITAGE AND COMMUNITY CENTRE AND TO MAINTAIN ORMANAGE OR CO-OPERATE WITH ANY STATUTORY AUTHORITY IN THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF SUCH A CENTREFOR ACTIVITIES PROMOTED BY THE CHARITY IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECT.(3) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
