TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY WORKING WITH PEOPLE IN THE LIVERPOOL CITY REGION WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDING ON THE GROUNDS OF THEIR ETHNIC ORIGIN, DISABILITY SEXUALITY OR GENDER IDENTITY, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PEOPLE AND ASSIST THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY, IN PARTICULAR BY:(A)PROVIDING THEM WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO ESTABLISH A PRINTING HUB WHERE THEY WILL PUBLISH ZINES, COMICS AND MAGAZINES TO HAVE THEIR VOICES HEARD AND PARTICIPATE MORE EFFECTIVELY WITH THE WIDER COMMUNITY;(B)RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE ISSUES AFFECTING THOSE WHO ARE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED IN THE LIVERPOOL CITY REGION RESIDENTS, BOTH GENERALLY AND IN RELATION TO THEIR SOCIAL EXCLUSION; AND(C)BUILD CAPACITY BY GROWING A ‘MARGINAL PUBLISHING HOUSE’ TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE AND ASSIST THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY.TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE ARTS AND IN PARTICULAR THE ART OF WRITING, ILLUSTRATION, ZINE AND COMIC CREATION TO ENABLE THOSE WHO ARE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED TO HAVE A VOICE AND PUBLISH COMICS, STORIES AND ILLUSTRATED BOOKS THROUGH SESSIONS AND ACTIVITIES.
