II) THE PROVISION OF AN OUTREACH SERVICE WHOSE OBJECTIVES ARE TO PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT, EITHER BY TELEPHONE OR FACE TO FACE, TO VICTIMS/SURVIVORS OF DOMESTIC ABUSE.
