The prevention and relief of poverty of any person in necessitous circumstances in South Yorkshire and surrounding areas, who may be temporarily homeless, including, but not limited to, providing refuge accommodation, making grants of money, or providing or paying for items, services or facilities.3. The advancement of education of any person who is or has been affected by domestic abuse and/or child exploitation in South Yorkshire and surrounding areas, including, but not limited to, providing advice, information, educational opportunities, and support.
