THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: (A) TO ADVANCE THE MUSICAL EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN RURAL SCOTLAND BY FACILITATING ACCESS TO VARIOUS MUSIC BASED ACTIVITIES INCLUDING ADVANCED LEARNING AND PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES.(B) TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A PERMANENT PUBLIC MEMORIAL SITED ON THE ISLE OF BARRA, SCOTLAND IN REMEMBRANCE OF EILIDH MACLEOD AND THE OTHER 21 VICTIMS WHO LOST THEIR LIVES FOLLOWING THE MANCHESTER ARENA TERRORIST ATTACK WHICH TOOK PLACE ON 22ND MAY 2017.
