TO SPREAD THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST BY MINISTERS AND EVANGELISTS, BY ESTABLISHING CHURCHES, FORMING SUNDAY SCHOOLS, DISTRIBUTING THE SCRIPTURES, ISSUING RELIGIOUS PUBLICATIONS AND BY SUCH OTHER METHODS AS THE COUNCIL SHALL DETERMINE; 5.3.
