Charitable objects

The Objects of CRC are to advance the religious and other charitable work of the Church of England by supporting the recruitment, training, education and development of Readers and other lay ministries for their Ministry in the Church of England, by (but not exclusively):(1) Promoting and arranging training for Readers. (2) Publishing literature, training and educational materials both electronically and in hard copy.(3) Providing financial support for Readers’ training and development.(4) Providing advice, aid and service to the Ministry Division of the Archbishops’ Council (hereinafter called “the Ministry Division”) concerning the training and ministry of Readers.(5) Representing Readers in the wider Church of England and Church in Wales.
