(1) THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT, PRIMARILY AMONGST THE GROUPS OF LEARNERS IDENTIFIED IN PARAGRAPH (2) BY THE FOLLOWING MEANS:(A) BY PROVIDING TUTORING (ESPECIALLY IN THE FIELDS OF ENGLISH AND MATHEMATICS);(B) BY SUPPORTING BENEFICIARIES IN ACCESSING AND ACHIEVING PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS;(C) BY RAISING AWARENESS OF THE EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF THE BENEFICIARIES;(D) BY REFERRING BENEFICIARIES TO OTHER SOURCES OF EDUCATIONAL HELP;(E) BY SUCH OTHER MEANS (BEING CHARITABLE IN LAW) AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME CONSIDER APPROPRIATE.(2) THE LEARNERS TO BE SUPPORTED BY THE CHARITY SHALL BE PERSONS IN ENGLAND WHO FALL INTO ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES:(I) PEOPLE AFFECTED BY HOMELESSNESS (OR THE RISK OF HOMELESSNESS);(II) YOUNG PEOPLE IN CARE AND CARE LEAVERS (I.E. ADULTS WHO WERE FORMERLY IN FOSTER CARE);(III) YOUNG PEOPLE WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM;(IV) PEOPLE WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE AS SEX WORKERS (OR AT RISK OF BECOMING SEX WORKERS);(V) ANY OTHER PERSONS EXPERIENCING SOCIAL EXCLUSION WHERE THE TRUSTEES CONSIDER THAT THEIR EDUCATIONAL NEEDS ARE SIMILAR TO THE PRECEDING CATEGORIES.
