TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF CROSSKEYS AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD (HEREAFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, RACE, POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING LOCAL INHABITANTS, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND THE STATUTORY SECTOR IN A COMMON EFFORT TO IMPROVE THE WELL-BEING OF THE INHABITANTS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE THROUGH THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES. 2. THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE THE POWER TO ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE SUCH A CENTRE FOR ACTIVITIES PROMOTED BY THE CHARITY IN FURTHERANCE OF THE OBJECTS.
