3. ObjectsThe objects of the CIO are3.1 to apply the income of the Charity in the following order of priority: -3.1.1 for the benefit of the Almspeople of the Charity or any of them in such manner as the Trustees think fit from time to time;3.1.2 the relief in need either generally or individually persons resident in the Benefit Area who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress; and3.1.3 for such charitable purposes as the Trustees think fit for the general benefit of the inhabitants of the Benefit Area for which provision is not made out of rates, taxes or other public fund, including the provision or development of land for use for such purposes.3.2 The provisions of Schedule 3 shall relate to the Almspeople.3.3 The provisions of Schedule 4 shall relate to the provision of relief in need.
