TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THE ELDERLY AND PEOPLE WITH A DISABILITY, THEIR FAMILIES, FRIENDS AND CARERS, WITHIN CHEPSTOW AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES DIRECTED TOWARDS RELIEVING THEIR NEEDS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE. II.
