TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR RESIDENTS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND ENSURING THE INTEGRATION OF THE POLISH RESIDENTS INTO THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.
