B) CREATING A FOCAL POINT FOR REMEMBRANCE;C) ADVANCING EDUCATION BY IMPROVING THE COLLECTIVE KNOWLEDGE OF WAR AND ITS CASUALTIES FOR SCHOOLS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
