THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:-3.1 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS AT ANY OF THE FOUNDATION SCHOOLS BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AT SUCH SCHOOLS;3.2 TO PROMOTE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE WHO HAVE EITHER ATTENDED ANY EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT IN, OR RESIDED FOR NOT LESS THAN ONE YEAR IN, EITHER OF THE PARISHES OF POLESWORTH OR WARTON, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT, INCLUDING BY:-3.2.1 PREPARING FOR ENTRY TO ANY OCCUPATION, TRADE OR PROFESSION ON LEAVING ANY EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT;3.2.2 ADVANCING THEIR EDUCATION BY DEVELOPING THEIR MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND MORAL CAPABILITIES THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES; OR3.2.3 AWARDING SUCH PERSONS SCHOLARSHIPS, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS TENABLE AT ANY UNIVERSITY, COLLEGE OR INSTITUTION OF HIGHER OR FURTHER EDUCATION.IN THIS CLAUSE, FOUNDATION SCHOOLS MEANS THE NETHERSOLE CHURCH OF ENGLAND ACADEMY SCHOOL POLESWORTH AND THE WARTON NETHERSOLE'S CHURCH OF ENGLAND PRIMARY SCHOOL OR SUCH OTHER SCHOOLS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES MAY DECIDE.
