THE PROVISION OF GRANTS FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY;2. THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO ADVANCE CITIZENSHIP AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT;3. THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO ALLEVIATE HOMELESSNESS GENERALLY;4. THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO ASSIST THE WORK IN THE ALLEVIATION OF HOMELESSNESS AND GENERALLY CARRIED ON BY CHARITABLE BODIES, PARTICULARLY THOSE ESTABLISHED BY THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND;5.
