THE PROVISION OF GRANTS FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY;2. THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO ADVANCE CITIZENSHIP AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT;3. THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO ALLEVIATE HOMELESSNESS GENERALLY;4. THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO ASSIST THE WORK IN THE ALLEVIATION OF HOMELESSNESS AND GENERALLY CARRIED ON BY CHARITABLE BODIES, PARTICULARLY THOSE ESTABLISHED BY THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND;5. THE PROVISION OF GRANTS GENERALLY FOR THE ALLEVIATION OF LONELINESS, INCLUDING ALL ISSUES CONCERNING PUBLIC AND GENERAL HEALTH.IN PURSUANCE OF THE OBJECTIVES AT NUMBERS 4 AND 5 ABOVE, FULL POWER AT THE ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES TO MAKE SUCH PAYMENTS IN SUCH MANNER TO BOTH INDIVIDUALS AND CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS.
