THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (‘OBJECTS’) ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: TO PRESERVE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE HISTORICAL, ARCHITECTURAL AND CONSTRUCTIONAL HERITAGE THAT MAY EXIST WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER, CHESHIRE EAST, WARRINGTON, HALTON, AND WIRRAL LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREAS IN BUILDINGS (INCLUDING ANY STRUCTURE OR ERECTION, AND ANY PART OF A BUILDING AS SO DEFINED) OF PARTICULAR BEAUTY OR HISTORICAL, ARCHITECTURAL OR CONSTRUCTIONAL INTEREST AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BUILDINGS AT RISK OF DEMOLITION OR DEGRADATION.
