To relieve the needs of homeless persons by providing accommodation, support, and rehabilitative services designed to help individuals secure stable and permanent housing. This includes, but is not limited to, temporary shelter, transitional housing, long-term supportive housing, and access to resources and guidance for improving overall well-being and reintegrating into the community
